Oil phase components (Emulsifiers, Emollients, oil-soluble actives) are heated to 70–75°C to melt and dissolve.

Water phase components (Humectants, water-soluble actives, deionized water) are heated to the same temperature.

Maintain temperature, slowly add the water phase to the oil phase while stirring, then homogenize at high speed for 3–5 minutes.

Naturally cool to below 40°C under slow stirring

Add heat-sensitive Active Ingredients and Preservation Systems, stir evenly, then let stand to deaerate.

Discharge and filling after passing inspection

High-temperature test (45±2°C) for 3 months: no layering, no discoloration, no odor.
Low-temperature test (-5±2°C) for 3 months: no abnormalities after returning to room temperature.
Centrifuge test (3000rpm, 30min): no oil separation, no layering.
pH value variation range: within ±0.5
Viscosity variation range: within ±10%
