Formulation Process Recommendations

  1. 1

    Heat deionized water to 70–75℃, add thickeners (e.g., sodium chloride, hydroxyethyl cellulose) and stir to dissolve

  2. 2

    Reduce stirring speed, add primary surfactant and co-surfactant sequentially, mix thoroughly

  3. 3

    When the temperature drops below 45℃, add water-soluble ingredients such as Humectants and coat conditioning agents

  4. 4

    Add oil-soluble ingredients (e.g., tea tree essential oil), fully emulsify and disperse

  5. 5

    Adjust pH to 6.5–7.0, add fragrance and preservative, mix evenly

  6. 6

    Let stand for defoaming, fill after passing inspection

  • High-temperature test (45±2℃) for 3 months: transparent system with no phase separation and stable viscosity
  • Low-temperature test (-5±2℃) for 3 months: no precipitation or turbidity after returning to room temperature
  • Centrifugation test (3000rpm, 30min): no phase separation or flocculation
  • pH value variation: within ±0.3
  • Foam properties: hard water resistant, fine and stable foam
  • Microbiological testing: Complies with pet product requirements of the "Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics"
