Sunscreen Foundation Lotion

Pre-disperse and mill sunscreen powder (Zinc Oxide/Titanium Dioxide) with part of the oil phase to ensure uniform particle size.

Heat the oil phase to 75–80°C, add the sunscreen dispersion and other oil-soluble ingredients.

Heat the water phase to the same temperature, slowly add to the oil phase while stirring, then high-speed homogenize for 3–5 minutes.

Cool down slowly with stirring to below 45°C, then add fragrance and preservatives.

Add film-forming agent solution to improve water and sweat resistance, mix evenly.

Allow to stand for defoaming and degassing; fill after passing inspection

High-temperature test (45±2°C) for 3 months: SPF value stable, no separation, no discoloration
Low-temperature test (5±2°C) for 3 months: stable appearance, no precipitation or agglomeration
Water resistance test (40 min in water): SPF value retention rate ≥ 80%
Centrifugation test (3000 rpm, 30 min): no oil separation, no powder sedimentation
Skin feel evaluation: smooth application, no grittiness, uniform film formation.
Microbiological testing: in compliance with the Safety and Technical Standards for Cosmetics.
